SHIPPING POLICY
All shipping prices are automatically determined by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or text message (customer decides at checkout). Once your shipping label is printed, please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.

Orders will be delivered based upon the shipping rate chosen at checkout. If your tracking number has not updated, please be aware that the carrier has your package and you would need to contact them for any updates. Simply Glo Collection will not be able to update you on your tracking once it leaves the facility.
Please contact Simply Glo Collection if your package arrived damaged due to the carrier. If you received the incorrect item(s), please email support@simplyglocollection.com to handle the matter. Shipping issues, refunds and all other matters will ONLY be handled through our email. Refunds will only be given upon the business's discretion.

We at simplyglocollection.com view customer satisfaction as paramount. All products/services sold and distributed through simplyglocollection.com are final sale and are not available for a return. We do not accept returns, due to sanitary purposes items can't be resold. If your products are damaged upon arrival, please contact us at support@simplyglocollection.com.
You may cancel your initial order anytime within 24 hours of your original order. Once processing time has started your order will not be eligible for cancellation. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
